The GiftHorse application, a core of our ecosystem, is an innovative platform that integrates the functionalities of wishlists and marketplaces within a single ecosystem. Users can track their friends’ wishlists, contribute funds using tokens or worldwide currencies towards the purchase of selected items, make purchases for themselves, and add desired products to their personal profiles. In addition, with support AI chat-bot, users can go creative when picking a present for their friends or purchasing for themselves based on preferences. Our assortment encompasses a wide range of products based on Amazon API, meeting the needs of the majority of users. Looking ahead, we plan to expand collaborations with other global strategic partners to enhance our offerings worldwide!

How that is going to work in theory:

1. Purchase for self scenario:

• User finds an item in catalogue available for purchase and delivery in his region

• Users pay with fiat or Gifthorse token in the app

• Gifthorse handles the transaction through internal procedures with all security measurements in place

• Partner-marketplace or store receives money from Gifthorse and proceeds to dispatch the item to specified address in the app OR (in case of partnership workflow specifics) Partner-marketplace or store receives money from Gifthorse and proceeds to dispatch the item to Gifthorse address, where the order will be processed and redirected to user’s address.

1. Donate to friend scenario:

• User creates a wishlist

• User’s friends start to raise funds for the selected gift

• Gifthorse stores funds until the final price of the item is reached

• When funding goal is reached, Gifthorse handles the transaction through internal procedures with all security measurements in place

• Partner-marketplace or store receives money from Gifthorse and proceeds to dispatch the item to specified address in the app OR (in case of partnership workflow specifics) Partner-marketplace or store receives money from Gifthorse and proceeds to dispatch the item to Gifthorse address, where the order will be processed and redirected to user’s address.

If by any means the item's prices change, Gifthorse takes its users’ side and provides required mechanisms to solve the issue.

During the early release stage, the app will act as a traditional wishlist without any donation or direct purchase transactions supported as establishing a workflow with global marketplaces is a long and challenging task. However, there will still be a possibility to pay with our token in the “Activities” section for participation in events or giveaways.
